A programmatic chameleon that transforms an unused space into a place of leisure.
The area behind the main house was never considered as a garden. Prefabricated garages, a carport, and an overgrown meadow testify to a practical use of the land. Additionally, there was a demand for a small apartment, a communal space, and a covered swimming pool. A simple, repetitive steel skeleton structure provides enough flexibility to accommodate the program and creates unity through its dominance.
