An affair between a wooden structure and a concrete figure.
A simple division of the property into communal and private areas forms the identity for all aspects of the project—use, structure, and material. At the street corner, the main entrance and access points create a stepped concrete figure. This robust yet fragmented form serves as the primary bracing, allowing the rest of the building to remain highly flexible.
